Going Solo
Today was Isaac's first day staying with a babysitter. I'm sure he thought it was WAY more fun than I did because he got to stay with cool auntie Sarah and playmate Caleb, while mommy and daddy went to ICS to work (I went for Chapel today). Sarah was amazing--2 kids all morning and she was folding laundry and pulling out another load by the time I got there! I can barely get one washed and hung some days! Haha, she's much more experienced than I am I suppose.
Well, she was also amazing because she took pictures and texted them to me all morning to show me what they were up to. I am ever grateful for this--it felt like we were almost still together!
I am beyond blessed to live in this country of proximity. Our neighbors are our friends and family! They even let us drop off our son at 6:30am before anyone else is awake!
