Everland Chuseok, 2012

There are 2 main holidays in Korea, and I've posted about them several times before. One is Chuseok, which is sometime referred to as the "Korean Thanksgiving." Most families will travel to see each other at this holiday and eat tons of food all day long. Since it is a main holiday they get extra days off work and so do we!

Our family decided to go to Everland over Chuseok since there is a "discount for foreigners" at this time. And we actually ended up going with several people from the school as well. Enjoy our trip with us!

Waiting in lines for the gates to open and the masses to enter! It was foreigner day
but there are still a lot of foreigners in Korea!
I asked everyone to look grumpy in the top picture, Isaac took it to heart!

We heard the safari was great, so we headed there first. We waited in line for over an hour.
It was not worth it. We drove by some lions and bears and were done in 5 mins.
BUT
Isaac was A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E. "Wow-ing" at the animals.
And we did see a liger.

Isaac was so happy and interested in everything. He ran everywhere (we let him),
pointing and shouting "WOW!" or "OOOOH!"
He even sat, bright-eyed, through the whole seal show.

Isaac was tired so we watched a parade. He wasn't too
impressed, but it was also sunny, maybe he couldn't see?

Photo opportunities all over the Everland :)

Family hugs and kisses
XOXOXO

We went on the carosel but the only place left was NOT
with my family. I opted to take pictures instead.
Isaac must've been hungry because he tried to eat the bars while waiting :)

It was getting late and we were meeting our friends who has Isaac's jacket.
So Isaac wore Jason's jacket and had a fun time! Then we ate
dinner and boggied on out of town. Fun day!

Good niiiiiiiight Everland :)
See you next year!
